What does it cost?
It depends on the number of users and offices. Tell us about your company in the demo request and we will send you a quote.
Where is our data kept?
On servers in the United Arab Emirates. Each company's records are kept apart from every other company's, connections are encrypted, and everything is backed up every night.
Must everyone use one language?
No. Each person chooses Arabic or English. Screens, emails, Excel files and PDF reports follow their choice, and Arabic reads right to left throughout.
Who can report an issue?
Anyone you allow: staff, visitors and contractors. The public form needs no account, a QR code on site is enough, and reports can be anonymous.
Can we sign in with Microsoft or Google?
Yes, as well as email and password with two-step verification. Your administrator decides who has access and what each person can do.
Can it carry our name?
Every company gets its own address, such as yourcompany.itqanms.net, with its logo on screens, emails and reports. Your own domain can be connected too.
What comes next?
